Project Rejoyce is a residential organization that will restructure the community focus and tenants overall financial plans. Our goal is for residents to continue to soar beyond our program allowing future applicants the opportunity to accomplish their goals furthering our mission to reach all.
This community will provide budgeting workshops, financial resources, and children enrichment programs to excel the overall focus of households. Similar Communities fail families in affordable living homes due to lack of support.
What sets our organization from the rest is our resources and ability to connect, by educating tenants on budgeting, credit repair strategies, and dedicating our time to rebuilding a stable living environment. Each tenant will have income-based rent the first year of leasing, we want tenants to be able to save significantly so that they can afford to purchase homes instead of leasing. Our ultimate goal is to not become a revolving door but a community that supports them in a time of financial need, therefore workshops and financial planning are accessible to each tenant the entire durations of
their lease.
